Lisa joined Holleran in 2014 and has played a crucial role within the data collection department. She has experience conducting calls and managing the in-house call center, as well as training the call center staff, for over 9 years. Prior to Holleran Lisa worked at Pfaltzgraff in their Customer Service Center for 19 years and at Danskin in their Production Planning Department for 7 years. Lisa shares her knowledge and skills in customer service, call center management, and survey development. She has expertise in handling survey development and data collection for both small and large, multi-site clients. Lisa enjoys working with our clients and our Holleran team!
