Brandy is an award winning HR leader with 25 years’ experience in senior living, healthcare, education, and local government. As Chief Talent Officer for a senior living community for over a decade, she championed workplace culture, engagement, and well being for both employees and residents. She co-chaired the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Advisory Committee and partnered with senior leadership and the Board of Directors on strategic initiatives. Brandy holds degrees from George Mason University and William & Mary, and multiple senior HR professional certifications (SPHR, SHRM SCP, SCP IPMA HR). A graduate of the LeadingAge DC, Delaware, Maryland & Virginia Leadership Academy, Brandy has earned recognition including the LeadingAge Virginia Workforce Excellence Award and the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce’s “15 Under 50” honor.
