Brian is an applied research scientist and psychometrician who covers the full assessment and research cycle - study design, instrument development and validation, web survey programming and fielding, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and reporting for technical and non-technical audiences. He is a doctoral candidate in Research Methodology and Statistics with a psychometrics specialization and a completed graduate degree in the same program, with over five years of applied research experience across community health, behavioral and mental health, youth development, workforce training, and public-sector contexts, and a first-author publication in instrument development and validation.
