Holleran Consulting has partnered with Touchtown, for resident satisfaction and engagement survey distribution. Through the Touchtown Community Apps, residents can access their resident satisfaction and engagement survey with the touch of a button.
Holleran data collected from 2019-2021 proved that communities that used Touchtown for engagement technology had significantly higher average scores across all engagement factors. Additionally, data showed residents were more likely to recommend their community to friends, relatives, and neighbors.
